Job Description: E-Commerce Manager
Pay: £40,000 to £50,000 Package
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to get our combined annual sales from £10m to £12m. We operate three online brands from our Mansfield site, all of which are firmly established and ready to scale. UKPackaging.com, UKPrinting.com and BoutiqueGifts.com. Reporting directly to the company Directors, you will be given the marketing budget that this task requires and the inhouse and external talent you need to implement your strategy.
What you will be taking on:
- You will have a clear strategy to increase online sales across all channels
- You will be hands on daily with our £1m Google Ads budget
- You will head your team and take full responsibility for the Groups online P&L
- You will be the main contact for our external Magento agencies and any other external resource you may need
- If its online, then the buck stops with you. But so do the rewards when you deliver!
Your Minerals:
- Highly analytical with proven commercial track record of scaling up online brands
- Understanding of implementing multi-channel marketing, including email and social.
- All three sites are built in Magento so working knowledge is required
- Adwords & SEO mastery is taken for granted!

Job Description: Field Sales Executive
Pay: £30,000 to £40,000 Basic salary plus OTE quarterly bonus and commission (£50,000+ Package subject to experience)
Job Summary
As a 3PDirect Field Sales Executive, you’ll build relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities to grow your sales area. Covering our northern sales region, commencing at Junction 28 of the M1 and continuing up to Leeds, you’ll spend time meeting new and existing clients, supported by clear communication and organised follow-up. For starters, you will be given a new Mercedes, a good basic salary up to £40,000 and quarterly commission scheme based on growth (which isn’t capped) and can typically be £2500 per quarter.
Duties
- Develop and maintain B2B customer relationships through responsive, helpful service.
- Identify customer needs, present suitable products or services and negotiate agreements.
- Plan and manage customer visits, travel and follow-up using strong time management and organisational skills.
- Keep accurate records and use IT tools to track enquiries and sales activity.
- Your impact: By understanding each customer’s needs and following through reliably, you help businesses find suitable solutions and build lasting working relationships.
Experience
- Experience in field B2B sales is desirable; customer service experience is also valuable.
- Confident communication and negotiation skills, with a professional command of English.
- A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites are required.
- Comfortable using IT systems and managing your own schedule and records.
