Operations Supervisor – £25,000 (Starting Package) is our personalised B2C gift business. Located at our Mansfield site, it’s the youngest of our three web sites and we’ve invested heavily both in the leading personalisation software and machinery.  The site has seen considerable growth as we continue to design and expand our range of quality gifts.

We now have a requirement for an Operations Supervisor to support both our customer service requirements and our inhouse manufacturing. With a profit share incentive in place this is a hands-on role where the successful applicant would be joining on the ground floor as the business begins to roll out across several sales channels, including Etsy, NotontheHighStreet, Amazon and You Tube. Working within a growing team of six people and reporting directly to a Director, mentoring and training across all departments will be ongoing.

Both the LoveGifts website and this position offers considerable potential. New product ranges for 2021 including engraved jewellery, luxury pens, alcohol gifts and leather goods.  On a daily basis, the successful applicant will be involved in the following:

  • Advise and support Customer Service staff
  • Assist the Production Supervisor with the smooth running of inhouse production, quality control and despatch times
  • Review order volumes produced both inhouse and by external suppliers
  • Monitor the performance of external suppliers
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder on Sage when required
  • Work with the Director to introduce new product ranges

Skills and qualities required include

  • A flexible and enthusiastic approach to work
  • A genuine interest in producing high quality gifts
  • Demonstrate a Commercial ability
  • Communication skills
  • Excel skills
  • Some sage experience would be beneficial but not essential

Ecommerce Support Executive

Salary (Subject to experience)

3P Direct ltd operate three successful ecommerce sites. All of which are on the Magento platform and operate from our Mansfield Head Office. With one of the largest product ranges and latest cut-off times for next day delivery is in the top five online packaging suppliers in the UK. supply printed promotional materials to several well-known retail and online brands. Our B2C brand, has also seen considerable growth as we develop our range of quality personalised gifts and inhouse production.

This role is part of our growing Marketing team that includes an Ecommerce Manager, Inhouse Designer, Product design, manufacturing and three existing support executives.

We now have a requirement for an Ecommerce Support Executive to work on our three Magento ecommerce sites and Direct Smile personalisation software. Ongoing training and support will be provided.

The successful applicant will be involved in the following:

  • Uploading new products via the Magento admin panel
  • Linking these products to our direct smile personalisation software
  • Adding meta headers, descriptions and prices
  • Uploading category banners
  • Generating personalised emails
  • Provided technical support to other departments when required

Skills and qualities required include

  • Experience with Magento 1 or 2 would be beneficial
  • Indesign or photoshop skills would be beneficial
  • Some experience with javascript would be beneficial, although not essential.
  • An understanding of SEO best practice including writing text and images sizes.
  • An enthusiasm for Ecommerce and learning new skills

Warehouse Manager

Salary (Subject to experience)

3P Direct Ltd is one of the largest packaging merchants in the East Midlands. A 50% extension to our Mansfield based Head Office has created a role for a Warehouse Manager. As well as managing the distribution of print and packaging products to local industry via our own lorries, the position also includes looking after the daily despatch of all orders via our busy ecommerce site,  We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to look after a growing team of 10 staff and to assist with the implementation of Sage 200. The position will involve taking responsibility for all elements of the warehouse including:

Manage a team of ten staff

Health & Safety

Recruitment and training

Manage all goods in and out, including returns.

Forklift trucks – both Counterbalance and Reach

Assist with the implementation of Sage 200

Creating bar codes and scanning goods in and out

Managing lorries including the legal requirements for tachographs and drivers’ hours.

Stock takes and pallet allocation

Dealing with parcel and freight couriers

Maintaining organisation and cleanliness in warehouse

Identify and apply efficiency improvements
