Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs across various platforms, including digital and print media. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects for BoutiqueGifts.co.uk, UKPrinting.com and UKPackaging.com. From branding and marketing campaigns to website design and multimedia content. The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong proficiency in industry-standard tools and possess a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative visual concepts for branding, marketing materials, websites, and social media content.
• Design engaging graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools such as Figma, Sketch, and CorelDRAW.
• Create wireframes and prototypes for UI/UX projects using InVision or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to produce content that aligns with brand identity and campaign objectives.
• Manage content within content management systems like WordPress and optimise designs for web responsiveness.
• Incorporate photography, colour theory, typography, and layout principles into all visual work.
• Stay updated with current design trends and emerging technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and digital design tools to enhance project outcomes.

Skills

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, web design, and multimedia projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), along with familiarity with Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with Figma, Sketch, InVision for UI/UX design and prototyping.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for web development integration.
• Competence in WordPress or other content management systems for website management.
• Strong understanding of digital design principles including responsive layouts and user interface (UI) design.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively to clients or team members.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects efficiently.
